When my daughter was a newborn I thought the idea of a specific stroller blanket was stupid. I just tucked in normal blankets around her. But once she was kicking those little legs wildly all the time, that normal blanket always ended up getting kicked off on the ground, which was usually wet, since we live in the Northwest. After trying many tricks to keep that blanket on her, I started looking at stroller blankets. I just couldn't bring myself to buy the JJ Cole bundle me, it just seemed like she'd grow out of it, and spending $40-$50 just seemed like way too much. I had nearly given up when I found this at BRU. I bought it and LOVE the thing! No more kicking off the blanket when we're on a walk, it's soft and plush and the first time we used it my daughter was so comfy that she passed out in her stroller (and she is not a kid who sleeps in her stroller). Her legs are getting a little long for this now, but it's not a big deal because the foot muff rolls under and she can pop her feet out the bottom and her legs and arms are still zipped inside. Can't do that the with the bundle me. She'll be able to use this for a while. This is now my go to baby shower gift for winter babies!

I purchased this item after searching for quite awhile for a blanket that would fit both my infant AND my toddler, depending on who would be in the stroller. A great feature about this is the bottom that can either fold to hold in heat, or let the child's feet hang outallowing use for an older child. The inner material is very soft and comfy. Problems that I have had with it: after one washing, the outer material ripped along the velcro!! Yikes!!! The outside feels like a cheapy sleeping bag. It's just polyester. I have a puker and that is NOT cool. I need something that will hold up with MULTIPLE washings!! It also doesn't stay in place very well in the stroller. You're supposed to put the straps through the openings and then velcro the blanket in place, but it just isn't staying put in my stroller. I find myself trying to pull the blanket up with one hand while getting my child in with the other. It's pretty frustrating. The back of the blanket is VERY thin as well. There is no warming filling material there. I was surprised at that, and maybe it's on purpose, but.. I felt cheated! It IS warm however. Once I get it in place, my kids are happy to be bundled up in it. I can't say that I'm happy I paid the price that I did. If the quality was a little better, I would be much happier. I bought one of these in the hopes that it would be more convenient then trying to keep a blanket from falling off baby and out of the stroller. I, also, liked that it wrapped fully around the baby so cold air didn't get him from behind.My son was a little older when I purchased this so we kept the bottom open to allow for his feet to hang out the bottom.
We used this while attending the outdoor Superbowl festivities in Indianapolis. My 1-yr-old was warm and comfortable the whole time. We had many comments about what a great product this was to have and people wishing they had something similar for their children.
Would definitely recommend for small children when you'd like to take them to outdoor activities (zoo, outdoor malls, etc) and want to make sure they are nice and warm.

Love these! We moved to the NW and I walk my son to school 1/2 each way every morning. Even when snow was falling, this cozy little bag would stay warm. It's easy to install in the stroller and can fit well in anything with straps I used it in both the infant car seat and the jogging stroller. We went to Denver CO in December, and brought this blanket with us to use on our UppaBaby G-Luxe. The blanket worked very well and kept our child warm while we were outdoors. I would almost say that when used in combination with the G-Luxe rain protector (to block out the wind), it kept our child very warm while outdoors, especially because it can be zipped up all the way to our kid's chin.
