I bought this thinking I would use it when coming home from the hospital with my newborn. I have a Graco Snugride 30 carseat and it wasn't compatable. The carseat was too narrow and deep. When I put the head support in the carseat it was so squished there was no room for baby's head! In the end, I didn't use it and just propped up my baby's head with a blanket or diaper cloth on one side. I'm sure it's great for some carseats, just not mine!

I use it on the baby bouncer, it keeps my LO head in place, not leaning on the side. It doesn't keep it straight perfectly because u can't secure it in place. But it's a good piece 2 have, u can put it in the stroller & carseat also.

This item came faster than expected. It came with a two in one support: for newborns and infants. My baby quickly outgrew the infant support , so I removed it and just used the infant head support. It is a good product and easy to wash.

I LOVED this. It kept my daughters head securely in place and prevented it from rolling side to side. My only complaint is that at 5 1/2 months it was to small. She has a normal sized head, so I know that is not the issue.
