My kick mat just arrived today and it looks like a very nice quality product. The fabric edges look like a durable material. The middle part has a bit of a foam quality to it. Hopefully it will help hide the grime from little shoes and wipe cleanly. The top strap buckles around your headrest and cinches tight. There is a second strap you can't see in the pictures that wraps around the body of the seat to secure the bottom of the mat against the chair back. If you're not interested in having a big black strap visible on your seat, wrap the strap around the seat, un-velcro it, and then just tuck the straps between the chair bottom and seat back.

I ordered this item when my daughters feet got long enough to touch the back of the seat. We live in Alaska and it rains a lot, so the back of my seat was getting gross! I got this a few days ago and I LOVE IT!!! It is adjustable, so it will fit any type of seat. I drive a Jeep, and our front seats are pretty thick, and it still has tons of room to adjust it larger. It has to clips on each side so that you can hang things on it, I hang my daughters Rain coat on it and it works awesome! I highly recommend this product to anyone!!

I bought this to use for a rear-facing car seat in the center of the backseat. I was able to loop around the middle headrest and the center console. I wanted to protect my new CRV from a newly walking toddler's muddy feet. It is really thick and durable. I have not put it on the back of the front seat, so I can't comment on how well it fits and covers there.

Fit my Acura MDX perfectly...I was able to tuck the bottom strap between the seat and seatback of the

front seats. Replaced the clear plastic kick mats with this and my car and I are much happier!

My son is 4 and he can still touch the lower back of the front seat with his wet/dirty shoes. The strap goes around the front seat and does not feel comfortable.
