I had small babies (twins 4.06lbs and 4.09lbs) and a 6.14lbs baby boy, and this item was a lifesaver!! Newborns NEVER fit properly in carseats, I was having to use rolled-up blankets to support their little heads, and they looked so uncomfortable. This item was so snuggly, it made me want one! *lol* It supported them perfectly in their little carseats and made me feel better about them being fit and snug while traveling.
