We've used this for only a few days so far, but we love it. My 5 1/2 year-old is still getting the hang of buckling herself, but she will get it soon. The fit is comfortably snug with the seat belt and the SecureGuard is easy for her to do herself. She is also able to sleep in it. As for the seat belt guide, we have no issues with it on our 2007 Toyota Tacoma. We have a Graco Turbobooster than we use as a spare, and this one is much more substantial and has key safety features (True Side Impact Protection, LATCH, SafeCell) the Graco does not. You get what you pay for...all four of our day-to-day seats (2x Frontier 85, Boulevard 70 and 2013 Parkway SGL) are Britax for a reason!

I would first like to mention that the delivery for this seat was amazing! I got this within 2 days of placing my order.Moving on to review of the actual product though. It super easy to put together but the instructions manual won't be much help. It fails to mention that you have to push the top of the seat into the bottom part and you should hear a loud "click" which indicates this seat is put together correctly. I had a hard time figuring that out and couldn't for the life of me understand why the top of the seat would just roll back. I had to go online and look at some youtube videos to get this right. Anyway after the initial confusion everything is else was/is a breeze. Putting it in the car is super easy and i really like the latches because i would hate to have to buckle the seat every time it's unoccupied. The seat is super adorable and my daughter has no complaints. She really seems to like the seat and i really like that it feels safe to me. Overall i am very happy with this purchase. Yes, you could get other cheaper boosters but you probably won't get the same quality. Oh and the fabric, I love! seems easy to clean. Last thing, reading through all the reviews of britax boosters it seems the seat belt positioning seems to be an issue. I read other reviews that mentioned that the seat belt wouldn't retract. I bought this seat taking the chance that this would be the case (which in that case i would return) but that definitely is not happening with this seat. I pulled the seat belt several times, while she was in the seat, just to make sure the seat belt would retract and it does in fact retract with no problems. Idk if this is because this is the newest version of this car seat to date or it just depends on the car. I have a rather small Nissan Rogue and it not only fits perfectly in there but it definitely is compatible. Just wanted to mention that because obviously doesn't matter how easy it is to put together or how cute it is if it fails to do it's job, which is keep our babies safe.

Own two different brands of seats and britax is by far the most well built. It also seems safe and is easy to install.
