This car seat is a life saver for the weak armed moms out there! But don't worry the base has sufficient weight to keep little one safe. I've had this car seat for two months and I'm still satisfied with my purchase & quick delivery.

PROS:

Lightweight.

Pleasing fabric design. (Cushioning & texture are great).

Convenient placement of latch that disconnects seat from base (sliding lever, located where umbrella shade meets upper back).

Base adjusts for higher or lower angle.

Umbrella shade securely velcros to seat. (Don't ya hate when you pull the shade forward and it slips right off, not a problem with this car seat!).

Compact & not bulky.

Affordable!

CONS:

Car seat does not securely fit on the seat section of grocery baskets or restaurant highchairs.

Umbrella shade is a bit flimsy.

Difficult to disconnect from base (The conveniently located latch on top is wonderful, but the button mechanisms that latch in/out on bottom not so great...).
