First, the adapter does not lock the seat to the stroller. It absolutely makes it so you can't tip the car seat out of the buggy, but at no point is the car seat attached to the stroller at all.

Secondly, the instructions are lacking in clarity. Just a picture of the car seat already in the buggy. Now I can follow directions but a simple 1,2,3 would be appreciated.

My expectation (set by seeing videos on YouTube of previous models with seat belts as attachments) was that the adapter would secure my car seat to the buggy, it does not. Instead it provides a cradle for the seat to rest in.

So long as this is your expectation, then this will meet your need.

Ordered this despite being out of stock with expected delivery of anywhere between 1-3months and pleasantly surprised when it arrived at 1month! Snaps on easy like the bassinet attachment I already had for my swift. Chicco keyfit car seat clips in easily and seems secure. Although still waiting for use by baby no2 I am glad I didn't have to buy more new equipment than this and can use my existing stroller.
