this is our second evenflo seat. we haven't found anything else with comparable features. we selected mainly because my wife has had difficulty installing and adjusting other seats.
this seat has two features that we really love. one, the lower attachment hooks are self-latching you just shove the end into the crease at the back of the seat, and it snaps on, you don't have to hook it over the metal loop. two, they are self-ratcheting you just push the base of the seat in towards the crease after attaching both sides, they tighten themselves. three, the release easily if you need to move it to another car just push the red trigger button underneath and it lets go. seriously, those lower attach devices are worth $100 of hassle by themselves.
the other feature we really love is the shoulder straps. they do not feed through different holes in the back; you don't have to take them out, put them in different holes, etc., when your child grows. you just slide them up or down to the right height.
an additional nice feature is that the headrest also adjusts up and down easily as the children grow.
not only *would* we buy another if we needed one, we did. and the price ($149.99, free delivery) was so good we were tempted to stock up on them (j/k).

We bought two of these, one for each car.Price:
To start, the price on Amazon was about $50 less than the price for the same model carseat at Babies R' Us, Target, etc. So saved $100 there.
Packaging:
The packaging was kind of strange in that the carseat was just in a box, kind of bouncing around. I'm not sure if that was just Evenflo's packaging or if it was Amazon's idea or what ... not that big of a deal but I thought it was strange to not have the inserts that hold the product in place.
Installation:
Wow. Super easy.
I previously purchased the Graco MySize 70 and could NOT get it installed tight enough. It just did not work either using the LATCH system nor with the seatbelt. It was just impossible.
After returning that one and ordering the Evenflo Symphony 65 DLX E3 seat, OMG. I put it in the car, attached the SureLatch things to the LATCH connectors, pushed down using my body weight, and BAM it's installed! I had to roll up a towel beneath it to make sure it was level, but that is dependent on the car.
I told my wife that it was really easy to install the first one, and she said "Oh, good." She wasn't really impressed. I went out to the garage with the second one, and within about 30 seconds I was back inside and said "2nd one installed"! She was definitely surprised that time ... I'm not sure I can over express how easy the install is here.
I had to remove it so I could make a Home Depot run and said "I ain't even mad" since it's so easy to re-install. Awesomeness.
Safety:
This carseat had some extra side-impact protection which I really like. The pads on each side of the head are nice.
Infinite Sliding Harness:
Eh -it's just Evenflo's version of adjustability. It works fine but isn't really anything to write home about.
So some PROS:
Easy install
Seems comfy, safe
Good price
And some CONS:
Harness is kind of difficult to tighten
Cupholder is 100% worthless
Overall, I think this carseat was the best choice for our family. Cupholder wasn't really my main concern here.
