We're using this in a Graco Snugride 30, and it fits just fine for a newborn. The headrest that came with our carseat originally was misplaced so we needed a new one. This one actually attaches to the straps, which I appreciate because the original Graco headrest didn't. So it always slid up with our first child. This will be so much better for our second!

This worked great for our little guy. It is very warm so its better used in the winter time our little guys head was sweaty all the time.

I was very disappointed in this item. It is not the same color brown as shown in the picture! It's tan, not dark brown.
