I was a little leary buying this seat because at the time there were no reviews. I had the Graco SnugRide 35 seats before this and had no issues so I took a chance when they went on sale at Target and I got a really good deal. I bought 2 seats for my then 10 month old twins. I have them rear facing in my Ford Edge and they wer SO easy to install. The latch strap loosens up a lot and it just clicks in. There is a level indicator to make sure you have the seat level. When we first got the seats, the girls would fall asleep almost every time we got in the car so I assume they're comfortable. They LOVE the cupholder. We don't usually use it for cups right now mostly they stick toys or snacks in there but it's still convenient. It's smaller than a lot of the cheaper seats out there which is important since we do plan on extended rear facing and I have limited space. The only problem I have with it, that has gotten better with time, is that the straps are hard to tighten. I suspect it's just the angle in rear-facing mode. 5 months into using these seats and I don't really have any problems tightening them anymore. I'm not sure if it has gotten easier or I'm just used to it. Overall I'm totally satisfied with my purchase.
