I bought these seats for the design and overall specifications! I looked for weeks to find the perfect one. I bought two the pink angels and blue angels for my two kids in January 2013 around the 15th and received them around the 24th! My son is almost 7 and my daughter is a little over 3. They both fit in the seat perfectly! I love how easy they was to put together (less than 10 minutes each), installation in car was easy as well as removing them, and cleaning care. I haven't used the booster without the back, but love the fact that they came with a seatbelt guide for them! I have been using them for two weeks when I got my new van. Don't let the simplicity of them fool you I can attest that they are very safe. Yesterday we was in a major drivers side impact I was pinned from dash collapsing and the door caving in and my door cut off to remove me. Both of my children got clean bill of health at the ER (the ER staff was impressed how union juried the kids was & that I used high back boosters unlike a lot parents who do the booster only option) walked away without a scratch, bruise, or even soreness! Me on other hand not so lucky. This is a great product and now that I have to replace these due to the accident I am defiantly buying them for a second time!

Just bought this for our 5 year old, 42 lb, daughter and it did great on a 6 hour trip. She fell asleep for 2-2 1/2 hours and did not appear to be uncomfortable at all...her head rested comfortably on the side of the head rest. I like how straight it sits and I feel much safer with this than a backless booster seat. She even commented herself how comfortable it is. A great, safe and reasonably priced booster!

I wish I would have done this transition sooner. It's so much convenient than huge Britax i was using (but the Britax it self was a 5 star product too, don't be misled) because it's so light. I miss the high sides so she can sleep easier when she passes out, but the rest is better.
The ONLY downside is the base is a little wide for my smaller car, so I have to lift it up to buckle in the kiddo. But in our SUV it's fine. Just FYI.

I actually bought this item in "Green Angles" at a store because I was pleased with the look and the price. Nowhere on the box did it have an age limit. Well, this was intended for my 2 year old who is big for his age, however, when I read the manual to assemble the seat the age guideline is 4 years and up. I had to transport my son in it anyway, since I was due to pick him up and had no other seat available, and he loves it and fits in it fine, even at 2--the seatbelt holder keeps my backseat's middle non-adjustable shoulder belt from cutting into his neck. I have ordered the Evenflo Chase LX Harnessed Booster to replace it, since that's technically the right one for his age, but this one is a keeper. We'll just use it in our other car when he's a bit bigger. No more carset-buying for me! Definitely recommend this for comfort as opposed to a Graco no-back booster which I had for my older son. Then if you want to, for whatever reason, you can decide to use this without the back.
