I wasnt sure if I ordered the right base since my car seat never said "33" on the seat, box, literature, etc, but this was indeed the right base. It does the job.

This is the exact same base that comes with the Combi Shuttle 33 car seat. If you have more than one vehicle, this is a must-have product, unless you're into the repetition of constantly having to switch the base from vehicle to vehicle or have A.D.D. or something! ;-)

We are very happy with the combi shuttle 33. It is very safe for our son and very easy to install. The only complaint that I have is that the car seat is pretty heavy with a baby inside it. However, our son is big but at 6 months, we are already looking for the next car seat because he has outgrown this one.
